As a designer, we experience the surface of objects as a taut membrane, ready to react to an internal energy. Simeti was created precisely to sculpt this tension, shaping one of the purest volumes: the cylinder.
We disrupted its stillness by introducing a sculptural conflict through two tilted rings that alter its original silhouette. This reveals the energy of one form pressing against another, creating an asymmetrical dilation—an unexpected dynamism that captures the object in a continuous state of torsion.
